ABOUT THE BUSINESS
MEET THE OWNER

What inspired you to start this business?
My enjoyment of photography as a hobby, which was passed down to me from my dad. My dad died of ALS when I was in high school, and carrying on with photography always helped me feel close to him.
How does your faith shape your work?
I have a passion for working with families. The family is sacred - even our God-made-man existed IN a family! There is just so much beauty that exists in the ordinariness of every family, and I truly treasure getting to be a part of your family's special story. I pray for all of my clients, and am sure to pray rosaries especially for the families for whom I do bereavement photography for. When you hire me, I don't just take your pictures - you become an integral part of my own family's prayer life!
What's a favorite patron saint or scripture?
Oh, so many! St. Philomena, St. Maria Goretti, St. Gemma Galgani, and St. Lucy are all especially dear to my heart and have a special part in the story of my life, as does Blessed Solanus Casey as well. As for scripture, all of Isaiah...lol but I will pick the one that inspired my business name. I remember sitting in Mass, hearing this reading, and immediately knew that THIS is what my business name should be! "Your wife will be like a fruitful vine in the inner rooms of your house; your children will be like olive branches, as they sit all around your table." - Psalm 128:3
What's one thing you'd like customers to know?
I feel like I've said all the important things so far, but I do have a little secret: I will occasionally photograph small weddings, but it tends to be for couples who value their wedding mass images above all else. When photographing masses/wedding masses, I aim to be like a fly on the wall, moving inconspicuously, quietly, and I shoot in silent mode, so you won't even be interrupted by the clicking sound of a shutter!
