What inspired you to start this business?

I am a full time science teacher who loves being creative. In 2020, I needed to fill my time with more activity and with the encouragement of family and friends, I started creating for many outside my circle.

How does your faith shape your work?

I try to be aware of what God is calling me to create. Through prayer, I try to use the gifts He has given me to glorify him and help others do so as well. When I paint, I often pray for whoever will one day receive that image.

What's a favorite patron saint or scripture?

I have to saint friends who found me over the last few years. St. Gianna Molla is one of them. She was a mother who worked but placed her faith first, then family, then work. I try to remember that order! Blessed Solanus Casey is my other. “Thank God ahead of time”, his well known quote, has been an important part of my life in the last 8 years.

What's one thing you'd like customers to know?

With every brushstroke or mark of my stylus pen, I try to work as God has called me to. It’s is not about perfection but about uniting myself to our Creator to create beautiful things as He calls me to do.
