Since opening our doors in June 2002, Luna's Mexican Rotisserie has been dedicated to bringing the rich, authentic flavors of Mexico to Louisville. Hailing from the province of Puebla, Mexico, we began our journey in Los Angeles in 1988 chasing the American dream, and in 1996, we planted our roots in Louisville to share our passion for traditional Mexican cuisine.
